Our Founder

Alistair Roman, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, he also holds an Executive MBA and comes with >25 years of Global and Local industry experience having worked internationally. He is an experienced and highly effective business leader who has successfully led finance functions which included delivering sustainable value through Transformation and Change Programs that focused on cost transformation, performance improvement and more across a variety of market sectors. 

He has successfully set up and led cost optimisation programs with the likes of the John Lewis Partnership, Virgin Media O2 (B2B) to smaller niche P/E Portfolio Companies. His proven approach and delivery framework translates to sustainable outcomes in creating value for Companies looking to optimise their cost base. 

Outside of work and in recognition of his leadership and contributions made to the business communities he serves, Alistair was asked to join professional bodies like ACCA and CMI to serve on various Forums and Boards:
